Kohler Stables’ main facility is in the heart of Kentucky Horse country. Located near the town of LaGrange, the farm is part of the L’Esprit community – a 4,000 plus acre equestrian development designed specifically for breeding, training, showing, and marketing horses. Within this community, the Kohler farm complex features a highly developed training and breeding facility spread out over 199 acres of gently rolling Bluegrass. This turn-key operation maintains a 46 stall training barn with attached indoor arena and presentation ring; 2 mare barns with 46 stalls each; a 9 stall brick stallion barn with preview arena and breeding laboratory; office and reception building; and acres of lush rolling pasture. From the elegant architecture of the brick-floored stallion barn to its state-of-the-art breeding laboratory, the farm is equipped with the most up-to-date amenities availble to provide the best care and surroundings for show horses as well as breeding stock. Kohler Stables’ original facility remains in Kohler, Wisconsin where they maintain approximately 40 head of horses. Plans are on the drawing board to reunite both operations into one new facility in Wisconsin; and they eagerly anticipate breaking ground for the new facility in the near future.
